What we liked
- + Eight inch inner diameter with a 10.2 inch outer diameter and 8.2 inch cut size listed, so planning the cut is easy.
- + Includes a red waterproof storage bag and 10 screws, so no extra parts are needed.
- + ABS is listed as UV and impact resistant, and the cover is easy to open and remove.
Trade-offs
- - Waterproof claim applies to the bag, so keep the hatch itself away from deep immersion.
- - Eight inches is mid-sized, so long items such as paddles will not fit through.
