What we liked
- + XX-Large size serves paddlers who struggle to find big helmets
- + Bern Watts style gives a casual look off the water too
- + Matte grey finish hides scuffs from car roofs and gear bins
Trade-offs
- - XX-Large only, so most paddlers need a different size
- - Skate-style shell is a general water helmet, not a creek-specific design
